Outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this company. I am a repeat customer and always have a great experience, the team is friendly and helpful. The quality of the product is amazing and the delivery was super fast, I will definitely be back. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. This company truly listened to my needs and provided the perfect TV.
Poor company. I have been charged £155 for pick up and diagnostic.They said that it is screen fault and they can’t fix it.I contact Sony support and the lady opozite enter the TV settings remotely and fix the problem in a minute and forever.So I have been charged £155 for wrong diagnostic so I lost my money for nothing.Not recommend!
Worst customer service ever. This company tried to return a battered chopped up cable to me along with my device that I have never seen in my life. The driver that collected took pictures at the time but conveniently the pictures allegedly don't show the accessories collected, so the owner just took his word for it and not mine. Had a 5 minute "conversation" where I was adamantly told I provided them with this botched cable and there is not even a possibility that their company had made a human error. It's not even about the cable at this point. How can a company not listen or concede the possibility of a simple mistake? The customer service is just not there.EDIT in response to your response: I already told you your delivery driver was very gracious and apologetic. My complaint is about your own lack of accountability and continued insinuations, which you have made again on Google, as well as revealing unrelated and privileged information about my insurance which I'm sure is in breach of customer confidentiality. Your collection driver opened the box which was NOT sealed and handled all accessories inside. If you had actual evidence of the pictures he took at the doorstep, you would know that. It's very easy for an errant cable to be accidentally placed in an OPEN box, but of course you're continuing to say it's impossible. The fact your delivery driver offered me a replacement FROM HIS VAN this morning is proof that your delivery drivers carry those specific cables with them. Not impossible at all then, is it? Very strange customer service decisions from you today, but at least everyone on Google can now see the tone and unprofessionalism I was dealing with.
Found a gem here! Having a tv less then 2 years old out of warranty turns out it was a faulty display panel in a nutshell the part was more expensive that the tv. I send the report from consumonics to retailer and have been refunded. I want to extend my thanks to Diego the lovely chap who collected/delivered the tv. Very efficient would highly recommend.
Fantastic company and service. I had an insurance claim for a damaged screen and as my TV was 75” I had to get an Inspection arranged myself (with an Inspection Report provided for the insurers). I contacted Consumonics and they were just brilliant. I called a few times, I had various questions - always they were polite and really helpful. The guy whom came to see my TV (I forget his name, but he was from / born in Ecuador) - such a nice friendly guy, very helpful. Same as the person on the phone whom I spoke to a few times afterwards too, when I needed some advice - friendly, polite and helpful.I was also seen within 3 days. Report provided within 48hrs of the visit. Brilliant.Just a great service all round - 100% recommended !!
Great service, part took a bit longer to come but that is no fault of Consumonics. Big thanks to the delivery drivers who were amazing!
This is a great company! My 75inch stopped working and my 2 year old daughter was so unhappy about not being able to watch her programmes. I only phoned yesterday and they immediately sent Diego to collect it in Alton for analysis and repair.I am waiting for the diagnosis and repair but their service has been extremely good so far and I am happy to recommend them.Their agent Diego took great care to bubble wrap the TV and I helped him carefully place it in their van.
I found the company to be efficient and helpful. I took my tv to them and they helped me get it out of the car and carried into the workshop. Can park outside. Repair took 2 days - well within their quoted timescale. One of the service engineers was particularly helpful in giving advice and provided bubble wrap to protect screen. Would definitely use again.
Absolutely fantastic service provided. Our TV was repaired quickly and not only was it collected and delivered but they were friendly and happy to fit in with my day. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you.
